Customer Service Administrator

£26,000 per annum plus company benefits
Monday to Friday 0800 – 1645
Evoke Staffing has the pleasure of recruiting for an established employee-focused organisation. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for delivering excellent service to the customer base, supporting the sales process, and administering systems accordingly and accurately.
Duties:
· Process incoming orders, enquiries and customer issues to resolution
· Monitor and manage shared email inboxes across different departments
· Answer incoming phone calls, respond appropriately, and follow through with actions
· Follow up on quotes and approach new prospects
· Carry out other admin tasks and support colleagues when required
· Cross-cover responsibilities across the business once trained on the Orderwise system
The ideal candidate will have a similar background, experience of building positive relationships with customers and administering onto business software systems.
