This client is seeking a qualified and experienced Engineering Controls Engineer, someone who can demonstrate proven working knowledge of Instrumentation engineering gained within a manufacturing environment. This is a permanent, salaried full-time role, offering an annual salary of £40,000 plus a range of excellent employee benefits.
Based on the South Coast, this employer is seeking an additional engineer to join an experienced engineering team, mainly working in an office-based capacity but able to attend site meetings, and providing commissioning support for systems at customer sites. There is a chance of minimal global travel to meet with clients, however the majority of work is UK-based. Responsible for managing the control and design of large-scale consultancy projects from initial enquiry through to point of sale.
As Engineering Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of engineering design and project management tasks, with a heavy emphasis on interpreting technical documents, industry standards and logic diagrams. This position provides opportunities for skills development and plenty of training.
You will be able to demonstrate a solid working history in engineering, able to prove an understanding of engineering control systems and client interface. If you have a Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering this would be of high advantage.
