We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to register with our agency for assignments in Primary schools located in Swindon and the wider Wiltshire area. We offer daily supply roles that may have the potential for transition into permanent positions. This is an excellent opportunity to align with a reputable agency that is committed to supporting our candidates and delivering a five-star service.
The Role:
As an Exemplary Classroom Teacher, you will:
- Model exemplary classroom practices, demonstrating professional teaching skills that positively impact pupil outcomes
- Maintain high standards of pupil behaviour, fostering independence and self-discipline.
- Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, setting and upholding high professional standards during your placements
What We are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an innovative and inspiring teacher with a passion for raising standards of achievement.
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and exemplary teaching practices.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, colleagues, parents/carers, and external agencies effectively.
- Possess a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent (Essential)
- Hold Teachers Qualified Status (Desirable)
