Position: Project Manager
Location: Newport
Salary: £45k DOE
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday–Friday 9-5

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that delivery is timely and within budget constraints.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Adhere to industry standards and client specifications through regular inspections and evaluations.
- Implement stringent safety protocols to ensure compliance and promote the well-being of all personnel on-site.
- Provide project updates, maintain strong client relationships, and strive to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and environmental standards.
- Effectively monitor budgets, identify areas for efficiency, and manage resource allocation.
- Communicate project progress, potential risks, and proposed solutions to senior leadership through comprehensive reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Projects Manager in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of UK construction regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SMSTS, First Aid, and valid CSCS certification (essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
