**Job Description: **
The client seeks a motivated individual to expand their outreach and promote their telecom offerings. As a Sales Agent, you will make proactive calls, identify client needs, and demonstrate how their services can enhance business operations. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, assessing telecom requirements, advising on suitable solutions, generating new leads, maintaining accurate records in their customer relationship management (CRM) system, and collaborating with account managers.
**Performance Metrics: **
Success as a Sales Agent will be measured by lead generation, daily call duration, accuracy of CRM entries, and the number of appointments set.
**Qualifications: **
Ideal candidates should possess prior sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors, strong communication and organisational skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and a self-motivated, team-oriented approach.
