Senior Quantity Surveyor – Central London Residential Project

Take the lead on a landmark residential scheme in Central London. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, procurement, and commercial reporting from project launch through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a high-profile residential project alongside an experienced Project Manager.
- Implement and manage a detailed Project Valuation Programme.
- Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimation, and procurement of subcontractor packages.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, variations, and claims.
- Prepare monthly client applications and ensure accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Act as the single point of accountability for commercial reporting to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, ideally in residential M&E projects.
- Ability to review technical drawings for variations and valuations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
